摘　　要：《极客之爱》借助残疾的人物形象,探讨身体改造之限度与后果,以寓言方式再现后现代社会中人类身体的“反向进化”现象。残疾身体是科技被滥用的结果,自然身体边界受到挑战,表征了身体与科技间的复杂关系。科技对身体的改造之所以走向极端,而使身体变得残缺和畸形,离不开资本场域下消费主义的推波助澜。小说借由残疾身体多维度地展示了科技改造身体引发的伦理困境与危机,对科技研究与应用的伦理缺位等问题发出了警示。Geek Love explores the limits and consequences of body modification by way of disabled characters,and represents the“anti-evolutionary”phenomenon of the human body in postmodern society in an allegorical way.Resulting from the abuse of science and technology,the natural boundary of disabled bodies in the novel is challenged,which demonstrates the complex relationship between the body and technology.The reason why body modification goes to the extreme,thus leaving the body impaired and deformed,cannot be separated from the operation of consumerism.The novel represents the ethical dilemmas and crises caused by body modification in multiple dimensions through the disabled body,and warns of ethical deficiency in the research and application of science and technology.
