摘　　要：三大纪律八项注意是以毛泽东为主要代表的老一辈革命家在土地革命战争时期为中国工农红军制订的纪律,其形成经历了一个在革命实践中不断规范和完善的过程。作为人民军队性质和宗旨的体现,三大纪律八项注意在新民主主义革命时期为人民军队的建设和革命斗争的胜利发挥了重要作用,在社会主义革命和建设时期产生了广泛而深刻的历史影响。改革开放和社会主义现代化建设新时期和中国特色社会主义新时代,三大纪律八项注意仍是党和军队建设的传家宝。The Three Disciplines and Eight Notes are the disciplines formulated by the older generation of revo⁃lutionaries mainly represented by Mao Zedong during the period of the agrarian revolutionary war for the Red Army.Their formation has undergone a process of continuous standardization and perfection in revolutionary practice.As the embodiment of the nature and purpose of the people's army,the Three Disciplines and Eight Notes played an important role in the building of the People's army and the victory of the revolutionary struggle in the period of the new-democratic revolution and produced a broad and profound historical impact in the pe⁃riod of socialist revolution and construction.In the new period of reform and opening up and socialist modern⁃ization and the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the Three Disciplines and Eight Notes are still heirlooms in the building of the party and the army.
