摘　　要：视频导读乳腺癌是中国女性最常见的恶性肿瘤,乳房切除术后即刻假体乳房重建(immediate implant breast reconstruction,IIBR)已成为目前较为主流的乳房重建方式。IIBR手术的意义是帮助女性重建乳腺外形,提高生活质量,为他们术后正常回归社会、工作、生活提供心理和躯体上的保障。但双侧不对称这一美观上的并发症却使IIBR术式的意义大打折扣。本文以美观性为出发点,主要对双侧不对称的原因做一分析并分享相关手术经验。Breast cancer is the most common female malignant tumor in China and immediate implant breast reconstruction(IIBR)has become the most common surgical methods.Numerals studies have shown the tumor safety of IIBR,which can reconstruct the contour of the breast,enhance quality of life and provide psychological and somatic support of patients for their better return to society in the meantime resecting the tumor.The common cosmetic complications of IIBR are bilateral asymmetry that contains contour asymmetry and position asymmetry.Contour asymmetry consists of capsular contracture and incompatible implant volume.While position asymmetry contains nipple malposition and infra mammary fold malposition.Bilateral asymmetry not only pose a negative influence on patients’quality of life after surgery but also violates the initial purpose of IIBR.This article aims to analyze the main reasons lead to bilateral asymmetry and share relevant surgical experiences.
