摘 要:目的为了控制川牛膝初加工的质量,对其初加工进行技术研究。方法通过考察温度、加工方式、药材等级、药用部位、切片厚度,研究初加工工艺参数,确定川牛膝初加工工艺。结果初加工工艺为冲洗,除去泥、芦头,切片,厚度4~6 mm,烘干,第一阶段,温度50℃,失水度50%,回润,时间48 h,第二阶段,温度80℃,烘至川牛膝切片颜色变为灰白色,碰撞有清楚响声时烘干完成,用内存塑料的编织袋密封包装。结论所指定的加工工艺确实可行,有利于川牛膝规模化、产业化发展。Objective In order to control the quality of initial processing of Cyathula officinalis Kuan,technical research was conducted on its initial processing technology.Methods This paper determines the initial processing technology of Cyathula officinalis through in investigating the temperature,processing method,medicinal material grade.medicinal parts,slice thice thickness,and studying the initial processing parametes.Results The initial processing process is washing.removing mud and reed head,slicing,thickness 4~6mm,drying,the first stage:temperature 50℃,water loss 60%,moistening.time 48 hours,the second stage:temperature 80℃,drying is completed when there is a clear noise in the collision and the color of Cyathula officinalis slices turns gray white.it is closed packaging in the woven bags with plastic bags.Conclusion This processing technology is really feasible,which is conducive to the large-scale and industrialized development of Cyathula officinalis.
