摘 要:角接触球轴承广泛应用于机床、自动化设备等领域,但是对角接触球轴承中刚度的研究却少之又少。对于现有文献中的模型而言,未考虑接触参数如表面粗糙度对刚度的影响关系。这里在角接触球轴承刚度分析的基础上,提出了一种基于分形理论来计算轴承刚度的模型,这里建立的角接触球轴承刚度模型能够考虑接触参数对刚度的影响。结果表明,角接触球轴承中的轴向载荷和刚度在不同表面粗糙度下是相互影响的。此外,该模型通过与其他文献的模型相比较,对比结果表明了该模型的有效性。The angular contact ball bearing is widely used in the fields of machine tools,automation equipment and other fields.However,there are few studies on the stiffness of angular contact ball bearings.For the models in the existing literature,the influ-ence of contact parameters such as surface roughness on stiffness is not considered.Based on the stiffness analysis of angular con-tact ball bearings,a model for calculating bearing stiffness based on fractal theory is proposed.The stiffness model of angular contact ball bearings established in this paper can consider the influence of contact parameters on the stiffness.The results show that the axial load and stiffness in angular contact ball bearings affect each other under different surface roughness.In addition,the model is compared with models in other documents,and the comparison results show the effectiveness of the model.
