基于扎根理论的民航飞行员心理胜任力专家访谈分析

摘　　要：探究飞行员心理胜任力指标体系,并初步寻找相关指标,为民航飞行员心理健康教育探究与发展提供基础。运用专家深度访谈法,采用半结构式的访谈方法对了解飞行以及飞行实际操作的专家进行采访,并整理归纳访谈所得的资料。分析专家意见以及结合在实际过程中的问题,明确飞行员心理胜任力所需指标,同时采用扎根理论与专家访谈相结合对数据深入剖析,对实际经验高度概括总结,为后续研究奠定基础。To explore the index system of pilots'mental competency,and initially search for related indicators,so as to provide a basis for the exploration and development of civil aviation pilots'mental health education.The expert in-depth interview method and the semi-structured interview method were used to interview the experts who know about flight and flight operation,and the data obtained from the interview were sorted out and summarized.By analyzing and sorting out experts'opinions and problems in the actual process through interviews,the required indexes of pilots'psychological competency are preliminarily obtained,and the required indexes of pilots'psychological competency are clearly defined.Meanwhile,the combination of grounded theory and expert interviews is an in-depth analysis of data and a highly summarized summary of practical experience,which lays a foundation for subsequent research.
