摘 要:以205/55R1691V轿车轮胎为研究对象,通过在原胎面花纹的基础上增加横向沟槽设计并进行钢片雕刻,研究胎面花纹对轮胎外缘尺寸、静负荷性能、滚动阻力和室内噪声的影响。结果表明:胎面花纹变化对轮胎的外缘尺寸没有影响,对轮胎的静负荷性能、滚动阻力和室内噪声有较大影响;与原花纹轮胎相比,增加横向沟槽花纹轮胎的接地面积和滚动阻力增大,室内噪声降低。Taking 205/55R1691V passenger car tire as the research object,the effects of tread pattern on the peripheral dimension,static load performance,rolling resistance and indoor noise of tire were studied by adding transverse groove design and steel plate carving based on the original tread pattern.The results showed that the change in tread pattern had no effect on tire’s peripheral dimension,but had significant effect on the static load performance,rolling resistance and indoor noise of tire.Compared with the original tread pattern tire,the grounding area and rolling resistance of tire with the transverse groove pattern increased,and the indoor noise was reduced.
