摘　　要：第一前磨牙根管系统变异度较大,且女性双侧上下颌第一前磨牙对称性三根三根管情况临床中极为少见。本文回顾第一前磨牙根管系统三根管或多根管情况并报道1例上下颌对称性第一前磨牙三根三根管病例,为临床诊疗提供参考。The root canal system in the first premolars is varied,and the symmetry of three roots and three canals in maxillary and mandibular first premolars is extremely rare in female patients.In this paper,we review the cases of three or multiple root canals in the first premolars and report one case of symmetry three roots and three canals in the maxillary and mandibular first premolars,with aim to provide supplementary data for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
