摘  要:为降低某型电动汽车驱动桥壳的质量,建立了电动汽车驱动桥壳的三维建模并进行有限元分析;对最大垂向力、最大牵引力、最大制动力和最大侧向力4种典型工况进行仿真分析,结果表明,在4种工况下强度和刚度均符合要求,并存在一定余量;对桥壳进行模态分析,获取7~12阶固有频率和相应模态振型,采用响应面法对驱动桥壳进行轻量化设计。优化后驱动桥壳的整体质量降低了14.86%,与优化前静力和模态分析结果对比验证,强度、刚度及振动特性均满足要求,证明了优化方法的有效性。In order to reduce the mass of the drive axle housing of a certain type of electric vehicle,the 3D modeling of it was established and the finite element model analysis was conducted.For the drive axle housing of electric vehicle,four typical working conditions of simulation analysis were carried out,including maximum vertical force condition,maximum traction condition,maximum braking force condition and maximum lateral force condition.The results showed that in these four conditions,the strength and stiffness met the requirements,and there was a certain margin.Mode analysis of the bridge shell was conducted to obtain the natural frequency of seven to twelfth orders and the corresponding mode patterns.Finally,the response surface method was used to lightweight design in the drive axle housing.The optimized total mass of the drive axle housing was reduced by 14.86%.Compared with the results of static and mode analysis before optimization,the strength,stiffness and vibration characteristics met the requirements,proving the effectiveness of the optimization method.
