摘　　要：经济合作与发展组织国家托育政策目标包括支持儿童身心健康发展、提高人口生育率、推动女性就业、增加家庭福利、促进经济发展、保障社会公平正义等,其托育政策目标整体上呈现出从单一目标走向多元融合、从工具性价值转向本体性价值的发展特点。经济合作与发展组织国家托育政策目标的演变对推动我国托育政策的发展具有一定启示意义。The objectives of OECD childcare policies include supporting the physical and mental development of children,increasing population fertility rate,promoting women's employment,increasing family welfare,promoting economic development,and ensuring social equity and justice.Overall,the objectives of the childcare policies demonstrate typical characteristics of a shift from a single orientation to a multi-dimensional integration and from instrumental value to intrinsic value.The evolution of the OECD's childcare policy objectives has certain enlightening value for promoting the development of Chinese childcare policies.
