摘 要:教育科研是中小学、幼儿园内涵发展、品质发展的驱动引擎。针对区域教育科研中的机制不够健全、高水平科研队伍建设不足、成果推广运用乏力的现状,着力探索区域层面的“完善三个机制、培养三支队伍、拓展三条渠道”和学校层面的“支撑保障,强化激励,以研促改”。Educational research is the driving engine for the connotation and quality development of primary and secondary schools and kindergartens.Aiming at the status quo of insufficient mechanism,insufficient construction of high-level scientific research team,and lack of promotion and utilization of achievements in regional educational research,we have made efforts to explore the regional level of"perfecting three mechanisms,cultivating three teams,and expanding three channels",and the school level of"supporting and guaranteeing,reinforcing incentives,and promoting reform through research.".
