摘　　要：牙周炎合并炎症性肠病(IBD)为口腔科的常见疾病,二者发在发病过程中均受到微生物群失调和免疫反应的影响,形成病理上相互促进,导致疾病的逐渐恶化。近年来的研究表明牙周炎和IBD之间存在密切的联系,主要包括直接途径和间接途径。直接途径为促炎微生物从口腔转位到肠道,并刺激肠道免疫。间接途径包括系统性的免疫激活,并可能伴有非特异性的免疫功能。本综述对近年来牙周炎和IBD之间的微生物/免疫相互作用进行了概述,总结了牙周炎和IBD之间复杂的致病关系,为牙周炎合并IBD的治疗提供指导。Periodontal disease combined with inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)is a common disease in the department of stomatology.Both of them are affected by the imbalance of microbiota and immune reaction in the process of onset,forming a pathological mutual promotion,leading to the gradual deterioration of the disease.Recent studies have shown that there is a close relationship between periodontal disease and IBD,including direct and indirect pathways.The direct pathway is the translocation of pro-inflammatory microorganisms from the oral cavity to the intestine,and the stimulation of intestinal immunity.Indirect pathways include systemic immune activation and may be accompanied by non-specific immune function.This paper reviewes the microbial/immune interaction between periodontal disease and IBD in recent years,and summarizes the complex pathogenic relationship between periodontal disease and IBD,providing guidance for the treatment of Periodontal disease with IBD.
