摘 要:肝内胆管癌(ICC)是肝内第二常见的原发恶性肿瘤,起病隐匿,病死率高。近年来高通量测序技术被广泛应用于ICC的多组学研究,不仅发现了许多新的致病机制,还为ICC的分层分型、预后评估以及临床综合治疗提供了依据。本文综述ICC在基因组学、表观组学、转录组学、蛋白质组学、代谢组学、单细胞测序组学及整合组学中的研究进展,为ICC的临床诊疗提供参考。Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma(ICC)is the second most common primary neoplasm in the liver,with insidious clinical symptoms and high mortality rate.In recent years,high-throughput sequencing technologies have been widely used in the multi-omics research of ICC,which not only promote the discovery of some new pathogenic mechanisms,but also provide a profound basis for the stratified classification,prognosis assessment and clinical comprehensive treatment strategy of this lethal tumor.This review focuses on the progress of ICC in genomics,epigenomics,transcriptomics,proteomics,metabolomics,single-cell sequencing omics and integrative omics,and provides ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of this tumor.
