摘 要:胆石症是我国常见、多发的良性胆道疾病,发病率呈逐年增长趋势。胆石症根据其发生部位可以分为胆囊结石、肝内胆管结石、肝外胆管结石3种类型。肝胆管结石常常合并胆管狭窄,使得与其相关联的流体力学参数(例如:胆汁的流量、流速、粘度、压力等)受到影响。因此,胆汁流体力学在胆石形成过程中的作用值得关注。本文从胆道结构角度探讨胆汁流体力学对胆石形成的影响。Cholelithiasis is a common and frequent benign biliary disease in China,and its incidence is increasing year by year.Cholelithiasis can be categorized into 3 types according to its occurrence site:gallbladder stones,intrahepatic bile duct stones,and extrahepatic bile duct stones.Hepatic bile duct stones are often combined with bile duct stenosis,so that the hydrodynamic parameters associated with them(such as flow rate,velocity,viscosity,and pressure of bile)are affected.Therefore,the role of bile hydrodynamics in the process of gallstone formation deserves attention.In this paper,we discuss the influence of bile hydrodynamics on gallstone formation from the perspective of bile duct structure.
