摘  要:大秦线煤炭年运量达4亿多吨,2万吨列车发车间隔为12分钟,单元万吨列车发车间隔为11分钟,载重量大、发车间隔短,造成的车轮磨耗问题日趋严重,给轮对检修工作增加了巨大成本。车轮性能的优劣直接影响着车辆运行安全和品质,通过对大秦线配属C80型敞车车轮收入尺寸情况进行调研、统计和分析,浅要分析车轮型号、车轮钢种代号、轮径、转向架型号和车轮装用位数与车轮磨耗间的关系,并提出指导检修与运用检查建议,切实降低成本,确保运输安全。The annual coal transportation volume of the Datong-Qinhuangdao Railway is over 400 million tons,with a departure interval of 12 minutes for 20000 ton trains and 11 minutes for 10000 ton trains.Due to the large load capacity and short departure interval,the problem of wheel wear is becoming increasingly serious,which increases the huge cost of wheel pair maintenance work.The performance of the wheels directly affects the safety and quality of vehicle operation.Through research,statistics,and analysis of the size of the C80 type vehicle wheels,this paper briefly analyzes the relationship between wheel model,wheel steel code,wheel diameter,bogie model,and wheel installation number with wheel wear.Suggestions for guiding maintenance and operation inspection are proposed to effectively reduce costs and ensure transportation safety.
