摘  要:精原干细胞(spermatogonial stem cells,SSCs)是一类原始精原细胞,具有自我更新以维持自身数量相对稳定和定向分化成精母细胞的能力。随着黄牛精原干细胞研究的深入与完善,目前在黄牛精原干细胞领域的研究和应用已经取得了显著的进展。本文系统阐述了黄牛精原干细胞的分离纯化、体外培养、移植鉴定和永生化细胞系培养等方面的基本状况,同时探讨了我国黄牛精原干细胞研究领域中目前存在的问题,分析了黄牛精原干细胞的应用前景。Spermatogenic stem cells (SSCs) are a type of primitive spermatogonial cells with the ability to self-renewal to maintain a relatively stable number of their own and differentiate into spermatocytes in a targeted manner. With the development and improvement of research on cattle spermatogonial stem cells, outstanding advances has been made in the research and application of cattle spermatogonial stem cells. This article provides a comprehensive overview of the isolation and purification, in vitro culture, transplantation identification, and immortal cell line culture of cattle spermatogonial stem cells. The article also delves into the current challenges within the field of cattle spermatogonial stem cell research and assesses the potential applications of these cells.
