摘　　要：目的:总结胃癌患者术前CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)T细胞比例对患者生存期的影响以及相关治疗策略,为胃癌的诊疗提供新思路。方法:综述国内外相关文献。结果:术前CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)T细胞比例与胃癌患者预后显著相关,这种关联可能反映了患者免疫功能的强弱及对肿瘤发展的抵抗能力。随着技术的进步,免疫治疗策略会变得更加精确和有效。结论:术前CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)T细胞比例可能会成为一个重要的预后指标,基于术前CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)T细胞比例的免疫治疗策略可能会为胃癌患者提供更多选择。Objective:To summarie the efect of preoperative CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)T-cell ratio on patient survival and related treatment strategies,and to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer.Methods:Review the relevant literature at home and abroad.Results:The preoperative CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)T-cell ratio was significantly correlated with the prognosis of gastric cancer patients.This association may reflect the strength of the immune function and the resistance to tumor development.As technology advances,immunotherapy strategies will become more precise and efective.Conclusion:The preoperative CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)T-cell ratio may be an important prognostic indicator,and immunotherapy strategies based on the preoperative CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)T-cell ratio may provide more options for patients with gastric cancer.
