摘　　要：通过构造罗巴李代数同态的上同调复形,讨论罗巴李代数同态的形式形变,并证明当形变复形的二阶上同调群为0时,罗巴李代数同态是刚性的.By constructing the cohomologies complexes of Rota-Baxter Lie algebra homomorphisms,we discuss the formal deformation of Rota-Baxter Lie algebra homomorphisms and prove that Rota-Baxter Lie algebra homomorphism is rigid when the 2th-cohomology group of the deformation complex is zero.
