摘　　要：市政工程领域的项目是社会基础工程,旨在以人为本,服务广大群众,提升城市发展。以青山绿水为建设原则,节能节约,提高社会基础建设,改善居民生活条件,市政工程项目的建设意义深远。为了市政工程项目的经济性、高品质性,造价控制在建设过程中至关重要,从而保障国家和人民的利益。本文运用赢得值法将费用控制与进度控制相结合,全面、综合、科学的进行工作,全周期动态进行控制,施工过程中发现问题,及时改正纠偏。Projects in the field of municipal engineering are social infrastructure projects aimed at putting people first,serving the general public,and enhancing urban development.The construction of municipal engineering projects is of profound significance,based on the principles of green mountains and clear waters,energy conservation,improvement of social infrastructure,and improvement of living conditions for residents.In order to ensure the economy and high quality of municipal engineering projects,cost control is crucial in the construction process,thereby safeguarding the interests of the country and the people.This article uses the earned value method to combine cost control with schedule control,comprehensively,and scientifically carry out work,dynamically control throughout the entire cycle,identify problems during the construction process,and correct them in a timely manner.
