摘  要:粒度是烯烃聚合催化剂性能的重要指标之一,通常采用激光衍射法进行测试,其中,“分散”过程直接影响粒度测试结果。在常规分散体系正己烷中加入非离子型表面活性剂,并对表面活性剂最佳用量进行探究。结果表明,每升正己烷中加入0.07 g司盘80时,“分散”最为彻底,样品不易团聚。在选定的分散体系中,对乙烯聚合催化剂、丙烯聚合催化剂及烯烃聚合催化剂载体的粒度进行6次平行测试,考察精密度;采用标准样品进行实验,考察准确度。结果表明,精密度和准确度均符合方法要求。Particle size is one of the important indicators of the performance of olefin polymerization catalysts,which is usually determined by laser diffraction method.The“dispersion”process has a direct impact on results of particle size.In this article,a non-ionic surfactant was added to the conventional dispersion system of hexane,and the optimal amount of surfactant was explored.The results showed that when 0.07 g of span 80 was added to each liter of hexane,the“dispersion”was the most thorough and the sample was not easily aggregated.Six parallel tests were conducted on the particle size of ethylene polymerization catalyst,propylene polymerization catalyst,and olefin polymerization catalyst carriers in the selected dispersion system to investigate their precision.Standard samples were used to assess accuracy.The results showed that both precision and accuracy meet the requirements of the method.
