新时期中职学校体育教学存在的问题与对策探究

摘　　要：基于素质教育理念,中职体育课程不仅要向学生教授相应的专业技能,积极提高学生的身体素质,还要培养学生的运动习惯,提高学生的思想道德水平。文章基于中职体育教学中存在的体育教学理念落后、教学内容不全面、重视度不足、教师专业水平有待提升等问题,探究相应策略:转变教学理念,提升教师教学水平;加强德育渗透,培养学生体育精神;更新教学内容,丰富学生课堂体验;转变单一教学手段,重视学生主体地位;提高体育课程重视度,开展特色教学;利用信息技术,激发学生学习兴趣;开展游戏化教学,拓展学生思维。Based on the concept of quality education,vocational physical education courses should not only teach students corresponding professional skills and actively improve their physical fitness,but also cultivate their exercise habits and improve their ideological and moral levels.The article is based on the problems of outdated physical education teaching concepts,incomplete teaching content,insufficient attention,and the need to improve the professional level of teachers in vocational school physical education teaching.Corresponding strategies are explored:changing teaching concepts to enhance the teaching level of teachers;strengthen the infiltration of moral education and cultivate students'sports spirit;update teaching content to enrich students'classroom experience;transforming single teaching methods and valuing the student-centered position;enhance the importance of physical education courses and carry out characteristic teaching;using information technology to stimulate students'interest in learning;carry out gamified teaching to expand student thinking.
