摘　　要：混合式教学是现代教育发展的重要趋势,其不仅能充分发挥教师和学生的自主性,而且能充分体现学生作为学习过程主体的主动性、积极性与创造性。针对当前混合式教学“线上+线下”模式在教学实践中出现的问题,文章在混合式教学经验总结的基础上,提出基于学习成效的“混融”教学模式,并对“混融”教学模式的改进和实施进行理论梳理,然后以山西大同大学管理类专业课程为例,对“混融”教学模式在教学实践中取得的教学效果进行说明和总结。Blended learning is an important trend in the development of modern education.It not only fully leverages the autonomy of teachers and students,but also fully reflects the initiative,enthusiasm,and creativity of students as the main body of the learning process.In response to the problems that arise in the current blended learning model of"online+offline"in teaching practice,this article proposes a"blended"teaching model based on learning effectiveness,and theoretically sorts out the improvement and implementation of the"blended"teaching model.Then,taking the management courses of Datong University in Shanxi Province as an example,the article explains and summarizes the teaching effects of the"blended"teaching model in teaching practice.
