摘　　要：溃疡性结肠炎(UC)是消化系统常见病及难治病,以腹泻、腹痛及黏液脓血便为主要临床表现,严重影响患者的生活质量。阳气亏虚是UC发生发展的关键病机,临床多以温肾法为治疗大法。随着研究的不断深入,中医药在治疗UC方面的优势逐渐展现。近年来,温肾法逐渐用于UC的临床治疗,基于“治泻九法”从中医内治、中医外治等方面探讨温肾法在UC中的治疗进展将为丰富温肾法治疗UC的理论以及后续研究提供更多的思路。Ulcerative colitis(UC)is a common and difficult disease of digestive system.The main clinical manifestations are diarrhea,abdominal pain and mucous,purulent bloody stool,which seriously affect the quality of life of the patients.Yang deficiency is the key pathogenesis of UC,and the clinical treatment is usually kidney warming.With the deepening of research,the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of UC are gradually emerging.In recent years,kidney warming method has been gradually used in the clinical treatment of UC.Based on the"nine methods of treating diarrhea",discussing the treatment progress of kidney warming method in UC from the aspects of internal TCM treatment and external TCM treatment will provide more ideas for enriching the theory of kidney warming method in the treatment of UC and follow-up studies.
