中医情志相胜相生疗法对情绪调节的研究进展

摘　　要：情志相胜相生疗法以中医五志学说为理论基础,在临床实践中不断发展,对情绪障碍的诊治具有重要意义。研究发现对于焦虑抑郁等负面情绪,情志相胜相生疗法联合常规治疗较单一常规治疗方式更有效;在作用机制方面,中医认为喜、怒、思、忧、恐5种情绪之间的关系如同五行相生相克,现代心理学则认为情志相胜相生疗法可能是基于情绪间相互影响,减轻患者负性认知偏向。未来,可以就规范情志相胜相生疗法的治疗操作、提高临床研究质量、完善理论模型等方面做进一步研究,以达到规范、有效治疗情绪障碍的目的。Restraining and reinforcing emotions method,based on the Five-Zhi theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),has been developing in clinical practice continuously,and is of great significance for the diagnosis and treatment of emotional disorders.Studies found that for negative emotions such as anxiety and depression,restraining and reinforcing emotions method combined with conventional treatment is more effective than a single conventional treatment.In terms of the mechanism of action,TCM believes that the relationship between five emotions,namely happiness,anger,sadness,worry,and fear,is like the five elements interacting and repelling each other,while modern psychology believes that emotional restraining and reinforcing therapy may be based on the mutual influence between emotions,to reduce patients′negative cognitive bias.In the future,further research can be conducted to standardize the operation of treatment,improve the quality of clinical research,and improve the theoretical model of the therapy to achieve the goal of standardized and effective treatment of emotional disorders.
