摘 要:目的:分析淀粉样前体蛋白(APP)与骨形成蛋白(BMPs)在口腔鳞状细胞癌(OSCC)中的表达及与临床病理学因素相关性。测定75例OSCC癌组织及其配对的癌旁正常组织标本中APP、BMPs表达水平。结果:OSCC癌组织中的APP、BMP-2阳性表达率及mRNA表达均高于癌旁正常组织(P<0.05);APP、BMP-2表达与OSCC临床分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05);临床分期Ⅲ期、颈部淋巴转移及APP、BMP-2 mRNA高表达是OSCC不良预后的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论APP与BMPs与OSCC临床分期及淋巴结转移有关,可判断OSCC预后。Objective:To analyze the expression of amyloid precursor protein(APP)and bone morphogenetic proteins(BMPs)in oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC),and their correlation with clinical pathological factors.Methods:The expression levels of APP and BMPs in carcinoma tissues and normal adjacent tissues of 75 patients with OSCC were measured.Results:The positive expression rates of APP and BMP-2,and mRNA expression in OSCC tissues were higher than those in adjacent normal tissues(P<0.05).The expression of APP and BMP-2 was related to clinical stage and lymph node metastasis of OSCC(P<0.05).Clinical stage III,cervical lymph node metastasis,and high expression of APP mRNA and BMP-2 mRNA were risk factors for poor prognosis of OSCC(P<0.05).ConclusionAPP and BMPs are related to clinical stage and lymph node metastasis of OSCC.The two can be usedfor the prognosis.
