基于《内经》运气七篇大论对“亢害承制”本义及应用初探

摘　　要：“亢害承制”理论为中医运气理论体系中的重要内容。从《素问》中原文出发,本文整理、分析其中七篇大论中“亢害承制”相关原文,本文初步阐释亢害承制理论含义,通过对上下文“天道”“地理”含义的辨析明确运气学中亢害承制理论的本义及范畴,从而对季节性疾病(包括慢性病及疫病)的发生、发展、转归及治则治法提供一定的指导作用。Restraining excessiveness to acquire harmony is an important content of YunQi theory system in traditional Chinese medicine.Starting from the original text of the seven major articles concerning YunQi in the Internal Classic of the Yellow Emperor,this paper firstly explains the meaning of the theory of Restraining Excessiveness to Acquire Harmony,and then clarifies the original meaning and theoretical range of the theory of Restraining Excessiveness to Acquire Harmony in YunQi by analyzing the meaning of TianDao and DiLi in the context to play the application value of Restraining Excessiveness to Acquire Harmony in the occurrence,development and prognosis of seasonal diseases(including chronic diseases and epidemic diseases).
