颈部血管超声在缺血性脑血管病患者诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的研究在缺血性脑血管病患者诊断中采用颈部血管超声的效果。方法研究对象为本院2021年1月至2023年12月诊治的缺血性脑血管病患者60例,将其患侧情况纳入试验组,将其健侧情况纳入对照组,给予全部研究对象颈部血管超声检查,比较组间颈部动脉血管异常检出情况、动脉粥样硬化斑块检出情况、动脉管腔狭窄检出情况、临床指标、血流动力学指标。结果试验组血管异常检出率为98.33%,对照组为1.67%,试验组明显较高(P<0.05);试验组动脉粥样硬化斑块检出率以及动脉管腔狭窄检出率均高于对照组(均P<0.05);试验组总动脉内径、总动脉内膜中层厚均高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组血流动力学指标低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在缺血性脑血管病患者诊断中颈部血管超声有着重要的临床应用价值,能够有效判断血管异常情况,了解动脉粥样硬化斑块、管腔狭窄、内膜增厚等情况,分析血流动力学指标,将诊断准确性全面提高,为治疗方案的设计提供依据和支持,促进临床疗效以及预后效果的提升,为患者健康安全提供有力保障。Objective To study the effect of cervical vascular ultrasound in the diagnosis of patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Methods The study subjects were 60 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023.The affected side of the patients was included in the experimental group,and the healthy side of the patients was included in the control group.All the subjects were given cervical vascular ultrasound examination.The detection of carotid vascular abnormalities,atherosclerotic plaque,arterial stenosis,clinical indexes and hemodynamic indexes were compared between groups.Results The detection rate of vascular abnormality was 98.33%in experimental group and 1.67%in control group,which was significantly higher in experimental group(P<0.05).The detection rates of atherosclerotic plaque and arterial lumen stenosis in the test group were higher than those in the control group(both P<0.05).The internal diameter of common artery,and the intima-media thickness of common artery in experimental groups were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Hemodynamic indexes of experimental group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions In the diagnosis of patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease,cervical vascular ultrasound has important clinical application value,which can effectively judge vascular abnormalities,understand atherosclerotic plaque,lumen stenosis,intima thickening and other conditions,analyze hemodynamic indicators,comprehensively improve the diagnostic accuracy,and provide basis and support for the design of treatment programs.Promote the improvement of clinical efficacy and prognostic effect,and provide a strong guarantee for the health and safety of patients.
