超声骨刀针对性护理在下颌阻生智齿拔除术中的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨超声骨刀针对性护理在下颌阻生智齿拔除术中的临床疗效。方法选取我院口腔科于2022年1—12月期间收治的下颌阻生智齿拔除术80例患者,按照收治的先后顺序,分为普通组(前40例)和超声骨刀护理组(后40例)。普通组患者采用高速涡轮机去冠法拔除术,护士主要配合医师四手操作及手术;超声骨刀护理组患者通过超声骨刀+高速涡轮机去冠拔除术进行治疗,配合针对性护理。比较两组的术后并发症、术中精神状态、术后症状严重度(PoSSe)量表评分、护理满意度、视觉模拟评分(VAS)。结果超声骨刀护理组术后并发症总发生率、术中畏惧心理评分、术后PoSSe评分以及VAS评分均低于普通组(均P<0.05);超声骨刀护理组超声骨刀护理组患者对护理的满意度为100%,比普通组的80.00%高(P<0.05)。结论超声骨刀针对性护理在下颌阻生智齿拔除术中的临床疗效确切,可缓解患者术中畏惧心理,减轻疼痛,改善患者生活质量,提高护理满意度,减少并发症的发生。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of targeted nursing with ultrasound bone knife in the extraction of impacted mandibular wisdom teeth.Methods Eighty patients admitted to stomatology in our hospital for mandibular wisdom teeth extraction were selected for the period January-December 2022 and divided into the general group(the first 40 cases)and ultrasonic bone knife care group(the second 40 cases)according to the order of admission.Patients in the general group were extracted by high-speed turbine decrowning method,and the nurses mainly cooperated with the doctor's four-handed operation and surgery;patients in the ultrasonic bone knife nursing group were treated by ultrasonic bone knife+high-speed turbine decrowning and extraction,with targeted nursing care.Postoperative complications,intraoperative mental status,postoperative symptom severity(PoSSe)scale score,nursing satisfaction,and visual analog score(VAS)were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of postoperative complications,intraoperative trepidation scores,postoperative PoSSe scores,and VAS scores in the ultrasonic osteotome care group were lower than those in the general group(all P<0.05);and the ultrasonic osteotome care group The ultrasonic osteotome care group's patients'satisfaction with their care was 100%,which was higher than that of the general group,which was 80.00%(P<0.05).Conclusions Targeted nursing with ultrasound bone knife has a definite clinical effect in the extraction of impacted mandibular wisdom teeth,which can alleviate patients'fear,reduce pain,improve their quality of life,improve nursing satisfaction,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
