摘　　要：目的探究恶性肿瘤护理中人文关怀的应用效果。方法以2021年1月至2022年12月人民解放军陆军第七十三集团军医院肿瘤中心收治恶性肿瘤患者为研究对象,采集88例进行临床资料回顾性分析。依据护理方案不同分为对照组和观察组,各44例,分别给予常规护理和人文关怀护理。对比两组心理状态、生理状态、副反应情况。结果干预后,观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、心理痛苦温度计(DT)评分、睡眠状况自评量表(SRSS)评分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、观察组副反应量表评分低于对照组(均P<0.05);干预后,观察组Herth希望量表(HHI)评分、日常生活活动能力(ADL)高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论应用人文关怀护理措施为恶性肿瘤患者服务,可有效改善患者心理状态、生理状态,改善副反应。Objective To explore the application effect of humanistic care in malignant tumor care.Methods Taking patients with malignant tumors admitted to the Oncology Center of the Seventy-third Group Military Hospital of the People's Liberation Army from January 2021 to December 2022 as the study object,88 cases were collected for retrospective analysis of clinical data.Based on the different nursing programs,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,each with 44 cases,and were given conventional nursing and humanistic care nursing respectively.Compare the psychological state,physiological state,and side effects of the two groups.Results After the intervention,anxiety self-assessment scale(SAS)scores,depression self-assessment scale(SDS)scores,psychological distress thermometer(DT)scores,sleep status self-assessment scale(SRSS)scores,visual analog scale(VAS)scores,and paraphilia scale scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05);After the intervention,the Herth Hope Inventory(HHI)scores and activities of daily living(ADL)were higher in the observation group than in the control group(both P<0.05).Conclusions The application of humanistic care measures for malignant tumor patients,which can effectively improve the psychological and physiological state of patients and improve the side effects.
