运耳术联合耳穴贴压法治疗脑卒中患者睡眠障碍的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探析运耳术联合穴位贴压法治疗脑卒中患者睡眠障碍的临床效果。方法把2023年4月—2023年12月的脑卒中睡眠障碍患者随机分为对照组与观察组,分别采用常规护理措施和运耳术联合耳穴贴压法。观察两组的睡眠质量、多导睡眠监测结果、手腕式活动记录仪监测结果、睡眠日记以及睡眠药物使用情况。结果干预后,对照组的PSQI评分、呼吸暂停低通气指数、睡眠药物使用次数均高于观察组(均P<0.05);观察组卧床时间长于对照组,睡眠效率高于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组睡眠潜伏期、睡眠总时间以及入睡后觉醒时间均短于对照组,夜间觉醒次数少于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论运耳术联合耳穴贴压法可显著改善患者睡眠障碍的情况,保障脑卒中患者的恢复质量。Objective To explore the clinical effect of ear manipulation combined with acupoint pressing therapy on sleep disorders in stroke patients.Methods Patients with stroke sleep disorders from April 2023 to December 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,and conventional nursing measures and ear canalization combined with auricular acupressure were adopted,respectively.The sleep quality,polysomnographic monitoring results,wrist-type activity recorder monitoring results,sleep diary,and sleep medication use were observed in the two groups.Results After the intervention,the PSQI score,apnea hypoventilation index,and the number of sleep medication use in the control group were higher than those in the observation group(all P<0.05);The observation group had a longer bedtime than the control group,and the sleep efficiency was higher than that of the control group(all P<0.05);The observation group had shorter sleep latency,total sleep time,and awakening time after sleep onset than the control group,and the number of nighttime awakenings was less than that of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of ear massage and ear acupoint pressure therapy can significantly improve sleep disorders in patients and ensure the quality of recovery for stroke patients.
