摘 要:为了更加有效地预防、应对和减少降雨引发山洪泥石流灾害造成的群死群伤事件,基于实证案例开展了山洪泥石流灾害成因分析。通过描述山洪、泥石流和山洪泥石流灾害基本特征与危害特点,分析了强降雨、流域地形、运动路径环境效应和承灾体等成灾要素。为了细化灾害成因性质认定,把山洪分为悬移质山洪和推移质山洪、山洪泥石流分为山洪泥石流和山洪水石流、泥石流分为泥流和泥石流,结合典型案例阐述了不同亚类山洪泥石流灾害的含义。In order to prevent,respond to,and reduce the mass death and injury caused by rainfall-induced torrential flood and debris flow disasters more effectively,the author carried out the cause analysis of the disasters based on empirical cases.By describing the basic and hazard characteristics of mountain torrential floods,debris flows and torrential flood-debris flow disasters,the disaster factors are analyzed that consists of heavy rainfall,watershed topography,environmental effects of movement path and disaster bearing body.Torrential flood is divided into suspended load and bed load mountain floods,torrential flood-debris flow is divided into mountain debris flows and mountain flood rock flows,and debris flow is divided into mud flows and debris flows to serve in identifying the cause and nature of the disasters.
