独塔斜拉桥边跨压重施工方案优化研究

摘  要:在独塔斜拉桥施工过程中,辅助墩出现负支反力会导致结构受力状态变化,使辅助墩支座受力不均或脱空,进而损害支座。文章以降低压重混凝土用量和避免辅助墩出现负支反力为优化目标,提出压重施加工序不变且支架分批拆除和压重分批施加且支架分批拆除两种施工改进方案。通过对比分析不同方案下的辅助墩支反力、施工过程中主梁应力、钢管支架立柱最大应力和成桥状态,确定合理的辅助墩施工方案。During the construction process of the single tower cable-stayed bridge,the negative support reaction of the auxiliary pier can cause the change in the structural stress state,resulting in uneven or hollow support of the auxiliary pier,which can damage the support.Reducing the amount of compressed concrete and avoiding the negative support reaction on the auxiliary pier as the optimization objective,two kinds of construction improvement schemes are put forward,one is the process of applying pressure remains unchanged,and the supports are dismantled in batches.The other is the pressure is applied in batches,and the supports are dismantled in batches.By comparing and analyzing the support reaction force of the auxiliary piers under different schemes,the stress of the main beam during construction,the maximum stress of the steel pipe support column,and the finished dead state,the reasonable construction scheme for the auxiliary pier is determined.
