摘  要:粮食产业关系国际民生和健康中国战略的实施,关系乡村振兴和双循环的发展格局。高校面临着培养适应我国粮食产业转型升级的高层次复合型人才的挑战。立足国家“人才兴粮”“科技兴粮”的战略,以南京财经大学现代粮食工程与营养健康产业学院为例,结合粮食行业人才现状及需求,针对产教融合存在的突出问题,重点围绕产业学院模式下的粮食工程专业人才培养目标、课程体系、实践体系、师资队伍及评价体系进行探讨,以期为我国粮食行业人才培养探索可行的路径和创新模式。In order to solve the outstanding problems of the integration of industry in education of application-oriented and innovative talents in universities,this study relied on the College of Modern Food Engineering and Nutrition and Health Industry of Nanjiang University of Finance&Economics to closely combine the cultivation program of undergraduate talents in food engineering with the needs of enterprises.By building high quality of“double-qualified”teaching team,establishing a set of innovative experiment,industry experience and business incubation of integrated innovation platform,and building the“step by step”progressive practical teaching system,realized the industry and teaching together,depth fusion,improvd the engineering,practice and innovation ability of students.
