摘 要:“产教融合、校企合作”是高职院校职业教育人才培养提升的重要方式,实现职教高素质和技术技能人才的有效途径。食品营养与检测专业通过校企共建高职人才培养模式,产教融合为特色的实训平台,实施专业课程项目化技能体系,项目化教学成果显著,学生职业技能同时得到提升。但是,在人才培养模式的实践下,课程不能与企业技术同步更新,缺乏有效的信息共享和沟通平台,顶岗实习较分散、难以管理等问题依然存在。因此,新时代背景下,“产教融合、校企合作”是当前职业教育改革和发展的重点,是解决当前职业教育问题的突破口和关键点。论证校企合作视域下高职食品营养检测专业校企合作人才培养模式改革的可行性,探索当前的校企合作人才培养模式构建与实施新路径。“Integration of production and education,school-enterprise cooperation”was an important way to cultivate and improve vocational education talents in higher vocational colleges,and an effective way to achieve high-quality vocational education and technical skills talents.The Food Nutrition and testing major implements the project-based skills system of professional courses through the training mode jointly built by the university and enterprise and the practical training platform featuring the integration of production and education.The project-based teaching results were remarkable,and the vocational skills of students are also improved.However,under the practice of talent training mode,the curriculum cannot be updated synchronously with enterprise technology,the lack of effective information sharing and communication platform,and the problems such as scattered internship and difficult management still exist.Therefore,under the background of the new era,“integration of production and education,school-enterprise cooperation”is the focus of the current vocational education reform and development,and was the breakthrough and key point to solve the current vocational education problems.This paper demonstrated the feasibility of the reform of school-enterprise cooperation personnel training mode for food nutrition testing specialty in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of school-enterprise cooperation,and explored a new way to construct and implement the current school-enterprise cooperation personnel training mode.
