公共图书馆开展易地移民社区老年教育的策略探析——以黄平县为例

摘　　要：结合图书馆业务工作,重视调查研究移民老年群体存在的主要问题,采取实用灵活形式多样的教育方法,加强社会多元化合作持续开展社区老年教育活动,创建文明生活氛围及培育移民社区老年人兴趣爱好。Combined with the operational work of libraries work,public library should pay attention to the importance of the investigation and study of the main problems of the immigrant elderly group,adopt practical,flexible and diverse forms of education methods,strengthen social diversification cooperation to continue to carry out community education activities for the elderly,create a civilized living atmosphere and cultivate the interests of the elderly in the immigrant community.
