摘 要:文中以桥门式起重机箱梁的挠度约束为研究对象,提出以箱形梁自重最轻为目标的优化模型,通过形状和尺寸组合优化求解出新的箱梁截面形状和板厚尺寸。文中采用节点法思路,将箱梁截面四边分成若干个节点,通过节点控制箱形梁截面形状和尺寸变化,最终得到最优的新型箱形梁截面。在OptiStruct软件中针对某起重机箱形梁截面,通过建立轻量化目标优化设计模型,验证了该方法的有效性。结果表明:新型箱形梁结构在质量、最大应力、屈曲特征值等方面均优于传统箱形梁结构。In this paper,based on the deflection constraint of the gantry crane box beam,an optimization model with the minimum weight of the box beam as the objective is proposed,and the new box beam cross-section shape and plate thickness dimension are solved by the combinatorial optimization of shape and dimension.Using the idea of node method,the four sides of box beam section were divided into several nodes,and the optimal new box beam section was finally obtained by controlling the changes of beam section shape and dimension through the nodes.In OptiStruct software,the effectiveness of this method was verified by establishing a lightweight target optimization design model for a crane box beam section.The results show that the new box beam structure is superior to the traditional box beam structure in terms of mass,maximum stress and buckling characteristic value.
