摘  要:为进一步提高火车轮对检修工作的信息化与自动化水平,根据当前火车轮对检修工作的需求,提出了一种火车轮对自动检测系统。系统通过机器视觉方法对轴端螺孔进行识别与定位,提高了对机械臂的末端定位的速度与准确性,并通过YOLO算法对轴端标记文字进行定位,实现了对轴端标记信息解析功能。通过试验测试证明了本系统方法的有效性。In order to further improve the informatization and automation level of the train wheelset maintenance work,according to the current needs of the train wheelset maintenance work,an automatic detection system for train wheelsets is proposed.The system identifies and locates the screw holes on the shaft end through machine vision methods,improving the speed and accuracy of the end positioning of the robot arm,and locates the marked text on the shaft end through YOLO algorithm to achieve the function of analyzing the information of the shaft end mark.The effectiveness of this system method is proved through experimental testing.
