Objective To investigate the application value of 24-slice spiral CT low-dose scanning in early lung cancer. Methods From January 2022 to October 2023,42 patients with lung nodules and early lung cancer were selected. All the enrolled patients received 24-slice spiral CT conventional dose and low-dose scanning, and the scanning results were analyzed and compared. Results There was no difference in lung nodule diameter and detection rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The diagnosis rate of low-dose group was higher than that of conventional dose group, but the missed diagnosis rate was lower(P<0.05).There was no difference between the two components(P>0.05).MERD,DLP,total mAs and CTDIW indexes in low-dose group were lower than those in conventional dose group, while mAs indexes in effective scan were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of pulmonary nodules and early lung cancer,low-dose 24-hour spiral CT scanning can improve the detection rate of pulmonary nodules and reduce radiation damage, which is conducive to the targeted implementation of later plans.
