摘 要:针对连铸辊在生产中常见的焊道裂纹和大块剥落等失效问题,提出了一种焊锻复合增材再制造工艺,并研发了满足介入温度要求的焊锻复合修复装备。该技术将焊接和锤击技术相结合,在高温环境下对轧辊进行焊锻复合修复,通过锤击锻打破碎晶粒,形成锻造组织,以提高轧辊的服役寿命。试验结果表明,焊锻复合修复后的轧辊表面平整度显著提高,微观结构得到改善,整体材料性能得到了明显提升。与传统的无锤击再制造工艺相比,焊接-锤击复合工艺得到的是锻造组织,具有更高的强度,为轧辊在长期高强度、高效率生产中的应用提供了可靠的修复方案。这一技术不仅解决了传统焊接修复中的问题,而且对于提高轧辊的使用寿命和性能具有重要意义。Aiming at the common failure problems of continuous casting rollers such as weld cracks and large-scale spalling in production,a remanufacturing process of welding-forging composite additive was proposed,and a welding-forging composite repair equipment that meets the initial temperature requirements was developed.This technology combines the welding and hammering techniques to repair the rollers through welding and forging in a high-temperature environment and break down fragmented grain boundaries through hammering to form forged microstructures so as to extend the service life of the rolls.The experimental results show a significant improvement in the surface smoothness of the rolls after welding-forging composite repairs,accompanied by the improved microstructure and notable enhancement in overall material performance.Compared with the traditional non-hammering remanufacturing process,the welding-hammering composite technique yields forged microstructures with higher strength,providing a reliable repair solution for the long-term,high-intensity,and high-efficiency production of rolls.This technology not only solves the issues encountered in traditional welding repairs but also holds significant importance for extending the service life and improving the performance of rolls.
