摘 要:为有效协调造纸机传动系统的传动轴车速,采用反馈线性化与扩张状态观测器相结合的方式提出了一种自抗扰控制器。自抗扰控制器可在不依赖受控对象精确模型的情况下有效对抗外部干扰,合理控制造纸机各传动轴电机之间的运行误差,进而实现车速协调控制,并对自抗扰控制器在纸机传动系统中的车速协调控制效果进行仿真分析。经实验研究发现,自抗扰控制器能够有效将纸机传动系统的同步误差和跟踪误差控制在较低水平。In order to effectively coordinate the speed of the drive shaft of the paper machine drive system,this study proposes an auto disturbance rejection controller by combining feedback linearization and extended state observer.The auto disturbance rejection controller can effectively resist external interference without relying on the precise model of the controlled object,reasonably control the operating error between the motors of each transmission shaft of the paper machine,and achieve coordinated speed control.The simulation analysis of the speed coordinated control effect of the auto disturbance rejection controller in the paper machine transmission system is also conducted.Through experimental research,it has been found that the self disturbance rejection controller can effectively control the synchronization error and tracking error of the paper machine transmission system at a lower level.
