摘 要:随着我国制浆造纸产业技术的不断发展和人们对美感的追求,无论是包装用纸、文化用纸还是办公用纸,对纸张的外观颜色和纸张颜色均一性提出了较高的要求。设计出有效控制纸张颜色、减少色差的造纸用加色系统尤为重要。对此,首先简述了计算机颜色空间和色差的计算方法,介绍了三种纸张颜色控制方法,如今的造纸企业多采用全自动数控的加色系统进行颜色控制。因此,构建了加色系统的数学模型和总体控制框架,引入遗传算法来确定最优的PID控制参数。基于FPGA硬件开发平台,进行了颜色控制系统的硬件设计,采用FPGA和SOPC技术进行各功能模块的设计,完成整个造纸用加色系统的实现。With the continuous development of pulp and paper industry technology and the pursuit of aesthetic feeling,high requirements are put forward for paper appearance color and paper color uniformity,whether it is packaging paper,cultural paper or office paper.It is very important to design an additive color system which can effectively control paper color and reduce color difference.In this regard,first briefly describes the computer color space and color difference calculation method,introduced three paper color control methods,today's paper enterprises mostly use automatic numerical control color system for color control.Therefore,the mathematical model and overall control framework of additive color system are constructed,and the genetic algorithm is introduced to determine the optimal PID control parameters.Based on FPGA hardware development platform,the hardware design of color control system is carried out,and the function modules are designed by using FPGA and SOPC technology,and the whole paper additive color system is realized.
