摘  要:研究了某皮卡车型动力传动系的扭转振动机制,应用AMESim软件建立了一维动力传动系扭振仿真模型,分析了传动系各挡位下扭转振动频率并与测试结果对比。对标结果表明,仿真分析结果与试验结果吻合度较高,误差在5%以内。这证明该仿真方法的可行性和分析结果的正确性。在对标后的模型上分析了离合器刚度、传动轴刚度及转动惯量、轮胎惯量对动力传动系扭转振动频率的影响,为整车及动力传动系相关零部件的合理匹配提供指导。This paper research Pickup driveline torsional vibration theory,establish Amesim one dimensional driveline torsional simulation model,analyze the driveline torsional frequency of each gears and the influence of related parts of driveline and compare with the test results.The analysis results show that the simulation results coincide with the experimental results of torsional vibration is higher,the error is within 5%,proved the feasibility and correctness of the analysis results of the simulation method.And analysis on this model the stiffness of the clutch,transmission shaft stiffness,the effect of moment inertia of shaft and wheel for torsional vibration frequency,provides guidance for further analysis related to power transmission system parts,matching and its improvement measures.
