摘 要:在地铁高速运行环境和特定频率下,径向转向架的垂向振动,降低了地铁高速运行稳定性。为此,该文提出高速运行地铁径向转向架垂向振动自动化控制技术。采集并零均值化处理高速运行地铁径向转向架垂向振动数据,以该数据为径向转向架振动标准数据,从时域和频域2个角度获取其ODS工作振型;设计基于天棚阻尼模型的模糊神经网络控制器,通过输入和训练ODS工作振型分析结果,得到最佳的径向转向架垂向振动控制结果。实验结果表明,所提方法能够有效控制径向转向架的垂向振动,提高地铁车体的垂向平稳性。The vertical vibration of radial bogies in high-speed subway operating environments and specific frequencies reduces the stability of high-speed subway operation.To this end,a high-speed subway radial bogie vertical vibration automation control technology is proposed.Collect and zero mean the vertical vibration data of high-speed running subway radial bogies,use this data as the standard vibration data of radial bogies,and obtain their ODS working vibration modes from two perspectives:time domain and frequency domain.Design a fuzzy neural network controller based on the canopy damping model,and obtain the optimal vertical vibration control result of the radial bogie by inputting and training the ODS working vibration mode analysis results.The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively control the vertical vibration of the radial bogie and improve the vertical stability of the subway body.
