摘　　要：当前,电信运营商纷纷探索战略转型,加快了数智化转型步伐。本文深入研究了国内宏观经济形势和行业发展趋势,洞察了5G时代电信运营商数智化转型的机遇和挑战,构建了电信运营商数智化转型核心能力评估模型,并开展了实践应用,进一步总结归纳出电信运营商数智化转型六大核心能力提升建议,为电信运营商数智化转型提供参考借鉴。At present,telecom operators have explored strategic transformation and accelerated the pace of digital intelligence transformation.This paper has thoroughly studied the domestic macroeconomic situation and industry development trend,gained insight into the opportunities and challenges of digital intelligence transformation of telecom operators in the 5G era,built the evaluation model of telecom operators'digital intelligence transformation core capabilities,and carried out practical applications.It further summarized the six core capabilities improvement suggestions of telecom operators digital intelligence transformation,and provides reference for the transformation of digital intelligence of telecom operators.
