短种植体的临床应用研究进展

摘　　要：种植修复时常面临可用骨高度不足的问题,使用短种植体可解决骨增量手术之需。短种植体作为骨增量手术的替代治疗方案,在临床上已取得较好的短期效果,但短种植体的远期存留率还偏低,仍需临床进一步验证。本文就短种植体的定义、结构特点、临床应用、临床效果及展望等相关进行综述。Implant repair often has the problem of insufficient available bone height,however,the use of short implants can solve the need for bone augmentation surgery.As an alternative treatment for bone augmentation surgery,short implants have achieved good short-term results in clinical practice,but the long-term survival rate is still low,which still needs further clinical verification.This article reviewed the definition,structural characteristics,clinical application,clinical effects,and prospects of short implants.
