摘  要:依托生产模式的三维结构框架,从复杂性视角,针对手工生产、大规模生产、大规模定制、大规模个性化和大规模个性化定制等主要生产模式,分析其中从价值交易到价值共创再到价值涌现的价值生成演化历程,提炼出客户维、生产维和服务维3个维度下的价值生成路径。基于局部作用导致整体涌现的系统科学观念,揭示出大规模个性化定制的价值涌现原理,明确了该原理的基本内涵。人单合一是大规模个性化定制的一种具体实现,其价值创造规律遵从价值涌现原理。生态价值是人单合一价值创造的源泉,海尔的超模块平台组织结构可实现人单合一中的价值涌现。大规模个性化定制的价值生成过程具有涌现性特征,它以价值涌现的方式表现出来,是价值共创的一种新形态。Based on the three-dimensional structural framework of production modes,the evolution of value generation from value transaction to value emergence via value co-creation is analyzed from the perspective of complexity in terms of such main production modes as craft production,mass production,mass customization,mass personalization and massive personalized customization.Then,the value generation paths are extracted under the three dimensions of customer dimension,production dimension and service dimension.Based on the concept of systems science that local action leads to overall emergence,the principle of value emergence of massive personalized customization is revealed,and the basic connotation of the principle is confirmed and scientifically expressed.RenDanHeYi is a specific implementation of massive personalized customization,and its value creation law follows the principle of value emergence.The analysis shows that ecological value is the source of value creation in RenDanHeYi,and Haier’s super-modular platform organizational structure can realize the value emergence in RenDanHeYi.The value formation process of massive personalized customization has emergent characteristics,which is expressed in the way of value emergence and is a new form of value co-creation.
