摘　　要：通过对Ⅱ号喷油泵维修过程的叙述,阐述了柴油机喷油泵总成的维修思路。文章从故障原因初步分析、检查与修复、试验台调试检查、装机测试等角度,详细介绍了Ⅱ号喷油泵的维修重点。通过理论分析和试验论证,说明了在维修农用拖拉机喷油泵总成时,应从输油泵、喷油泵和调速器这3个方面进行检修、装配、调试,最后进行装机测试。探讨了维修工应熟悉喷油泵总成的结构原理,才能因“病”施策,确保喷油泵总成的性能达到要求。Through the narration of the repair process of the II fuel injection pump,this article expounds the maintenance thinking of the diesel fuel injection pump assembly.It introduces the key points of II fuel injection pump maintenance in detail from the perspectives of initial fault analysis,inspection and repair,test bed debugging inspection,and installation testing.Through theoretical analysis and experimental demonstration,it is shown that when repairing the fuel injection pump assembly of agricultural tractors,it is necessary to inspect,assemble,and debug from three aspects:the fuel supply pump,fuel injection pump,and governor.Finally,an installation test is performed.It is emphasized that repair personnel should be familiar with the structural principles of the fuel injection pump assembly to ensure that the performance of the fuel injection pump assembly meets the requirements by applying targeted measures according to the faults.
