摘  要:食用菌营养丰富,且中国食用菌产量大,市场和消费保持平稳增长,针对现有食用菌栽培基质灭菌工艺中存在的问题,提出了一种新型智能化全自动高压灭菌系统。该文首先介绍了利用寒地秸秆培育食用菌栽培基质的组成部分和寒地玉米秸秆的营养成分;其次,阐述了细菌结构和常用灭菌方法;最后,介绍了新型智能化全自动高压灭菌系统的组成部分,该系统将传统间歇式灭菌转变为连续式灭菌,在大批量持续菌料灭菌的同时,能耗也比传统灭菌装置有所降低。该研究以期为食用菌栽培基质的灭菌工艺提供一条可探索之路。Edible fungi are rich in nutrition,and the output of edible fungi in China is large,and the market and consumption maintain steady growth,aiming at the problems existing in the sterilization process of edible fungi cultivation substrate,a new intelligent automatic autoclave system is proposed.In this paper,the components of the cultivation substrate and the nutrients of corn straw in cold regions were introduced.Secondly,the structure of bacteria and common sterilization methods were described.Finally,the components of the new intelligent automatic autoclave system are introduced,which transforms the traditional batch sterilization into continuous sterilization,and the energy consumption is also lower than that of the traditional sterilization device while continuously sterilizing large quantities.The purpose of this study is to provide an exploratory way for the sterilization process of edible mushroom cultivation substrates.
