摘  要:商用车因其恶劣的工况环境以及限制性的发动机舱布局,对舱内电器设备的可靠性提出了更高的要求。针对市场失效反馈,在新一代调节器开发过程中分析其B+接线端的安装特征,理论计算结合FEM模拟仿真,对B+接线端子进行结构性的优化,降低其工作过程中的应力负载。同时探讨金属表面处理对裸露端子的保护功能,针对工况环境特别是腐蚀影响因素,采用镀层以及硅胶隔离的措施加强B+接线端子防腐蚀能力。试验结果表明:新开发调节器B+接线端在结构强度以及抗腐蚀方面都有明显改善。对提升车载发电机整体可靠性、降低市场失效率、增加产品竞争力,具有一定的参考意义。Commercial vehicles,due to their harsh working conditions and restrictive engine compartment layout,put forward higher requirements on the reliability of electrical equipment in the compartments.In response to the market failure feedback,the installation characteristics of the B+terminal were analyzed during the development of the new platform of regulator,and the theoretical calculations combined with FEM simulation were used to structurally optimize the B+terminal to reduce the stress loads in the use condition.At the same time,the corrosion protection of the metal surface treatment on the exposed terminals was discussed,and the measures of Tin-coating and silicone isolation were adopted to strengthen the corrosion resistance of the B+terminals.Test results showing that the newly developed regulator B+terminals have significant improvements in structural strength and corrosion resistance as well.It has certain reference significance to improve the overall reliability of vehicle generators,reduce market failure rate and increase product competitiveness.
