摘 要:随着相关教育政策的提出,应用型高校产教融合得到了越来越多的关注。产教融合不是简单的校企合作,而是由政府、产业园区、企业和高校共同参与的更高层次的人才培养模式。分析了我国应用型高校产教融合培养模式单一、变革驱动力不足、校企合作共赢点提炼不足、师资培养流于形式、实战派与学院派难以形成合力、基础课程难以对专业形成有效支撑等问题,并探索了一种新的产教融合策略,促使学生的知识应用能力得到有效改善。从创建应用型高校评估机制、产教融合平台建设、校企合作共赢点提炼、依靠区域产业经济和实行“0-4-5”模式等方面进行了具体策略探讨,为我国应用型高校产教融合实践教育改革提供一定参考。With the introduction of relevant education policies,more and more attention has been paid to the industry-education integration in applied universities.The industry-education integration is not a simple school enterprise cooperation,but a higherlevel talent training model involving the participation of the government,industrial parks,enterprises and universities.This paper analyzes the current situation of the application-oriented undergraduate education in China,such as the single education and training mode of integration of industry and education,the insufficient driving force of reform,the insufficient refining of winwin points of school enterprise cooperation,the mere formality of teacher training,the difficulty of forming joint forces between the practical school and the academic school,and the difficulty of forming support for the major by the basic courses.We strive to explore a new strategy of integration in industry-education.Try to change the ability development chart of college students in school.So that the ability of knowledge application of college students can be effectively improved.This paper discusses the specific strategies from the aspects of establishing application-oriented university evaluation mechanism,construction of industryeducation integration platform,refining of win-win cooperation points between schools and enterprises,relying on regional industrial economy and implementing the"0-4-5"model.It provides a certain reference for the industry-education integration in applied universities.
